Management Associates (Accident & Health / Macau Office) (Ref: AIAHK-ERT)

 
The Management Associate Program is departmental specific and designed to develop the Management Associate’s understanding of AIA’s business model and key operational areas in a specialized field. All successful candidates will receive an individually tailored management development program, designed to equip individuals with the professional know-how and experience to succeed. Upon completion of the two-year program, successful Management Associates are on the fast track to a long-term and highly rewarding senior management career.
Degree holder, preferably with a MBA
4 to 6 years’ working experience in multinational corporations
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Conversant with Putonghua an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Strong analytical and writing skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with senior management
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
 

 

Senior Training Officer – Agency Training (Ref: AIAHK-EY)

 
The incumbent will be responsible for delivering training to our agency force in diversified aspects. The incumbent should be able to identify training needs, develop and compile training materials, conduct analysis and prepare regular reports on training activities to management according to the guideline given and when required.
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with professional designations from the insurance or financial planning industry an added advantage
4 to 5 years’ working experience in the insurance/banking/service industry as a professional trainer or agency leader
Good presentation, communications and facilitation skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
A team playing mentality and strong PC skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Training Officer
 

 

Senior Agency Development Executive – Accident & Health (Ref: AIAHK-EP)

 
The incumbent will be responsible for delivering company message to agencies and collect their feedback through regular branch visits. The incumbent has to monitor sale progress of his/her assigned agencies by developing agency promotion ideas and sales servicing plans.
University / College graduate plus 5 years’ working experience
Good command of written English and Chinese

Contract Associate Information Systems Analyst / Web Developer (Ref: AIAB-ERT)

 
The incumbent have to:
- Lead the development of website design, content strategy, and user interface design of our applications, ensuring best user experience
- Be an expert in front-end implementation and work closely with the back-end development team to manage and upgrade related applications
University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
At least 5 years’ working experience in Information Technology and minimum 3 years’ experience in web development or rich clients implementation
Proficient in presentation technologies, DHTML, AJAX, Flash, VB.NET, Windows Presentation Foundation, Silverlight, Gadgets

University / College graduate with a minimum of 2 years related working experience preferably in financial services or insurance industry
Experience in organizing functions or marketing activities
