The
Management Associate Program is departmental
specific and designed to develop the Management
Associate’s understanding of AIA’s
business model and key operational areas in
a specialized field. All successful candidates
will receive an individually tailored management
development program, designed to equip individuals
with the professional know-how and experience
to succeed. Upon completion of the two-year
program, successful Management Associates are
on the fast track to a long-term and highly
rewarding senior management career. |
