Assistant Claims Assessor – Operations (Contract)

(Ref: AIAHK-ERT)

The incumbent will be responsible for claims eligibility evaluation and reimbursement calculation, handling reports, answering customer's and sales agents' inquiries, performing clerical duties as well as coordinating and participating in assigned and ad hoc projects

  • University / College graduate
  • Experience in insurance industry is preferable
  • Good PC knowledge and customer service skills
  • Good command of both written English and Chinese
  • Hardworking, presentable and analytical
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
