The incumbent will assist the monitoring and control of the overall aspects of the insurance business to ensure compliance with the corporate policies and regulatory requirements. He / she will support the delivery of advisory service and guidance to business units and management on internal controls and compliance issues related to requirements from corporate policies and regulations.

He / she will perform the compliance monitoring activities in the areas such as market conducts, sales and marketing practices, data privacy measures, anti money laundering & terrorist financing measures, and marketing & product materials review and vetting. Particular focus will be designated to projects related and business initiatives driven compliance monitoring, compliance advisory and support activities.

• University graduate in Business or Accounting and with professional accounting or internal auditing qualification.
• A minimum of 12 years auditing or compliance experience with international insurance or financial services corporations. Experience with financial services regulators is an advantage.
• Highly disciplined and energetic with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive working attitude and commitment to work.
• Able to foster a positive compliance culture and the promotion that the business operates in co-operative environment.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability of developing Policies and Procedures.
• Computer Literate.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
