This is only applicable for UnionPay Card issued in PRC and renewal premium.
The owner of the Union Card should be either Policyowner / Insured / Beneficiary / Direct family members ( policyowner’s or (proposed ) insured’s parents / spouse / siblings ). The payment may be refunded to the original account without prior notice or customer’s consensus if the above requirement is not fulfilled.
Accept renewal premium for Medical and Personal Accident Plans. (Except Journey Protect Medical Plan and StepUp Medical Protection Plan)
The customer is responsible for the administration fee and will pay together with the premium.
Premium payment will be settled in Hong Kong dollar, the exchange rate is determined by bank.
Monday to Friday, for payment completed before 6:00 pm, the record will be updated on the same date. For payment after 6:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, record will be updated on next working days.
The transaction record will be emailed to the email address provided on spot of payment process.
For payment via this channel, no receipt will be issued.
