March 2, 2006, Hong Kong – American International Assurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (AIA) has announced the appointment of three senior executives.

Alice Cheung has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Actuary, Actuarial Department, responsible for product development as well as monitoring company reports in financial projection and valuation. Ms. Cheung's role also includes actuarial support for product pricing and agency compensation. She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Richard Ivey School of Business, the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She is also a Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Selina Wong has been appointed Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Department. In her new role, she will focus on formulating human resources strategies and staff development plans for the Company. She possesses extensive experience in the field of human resources management. Prior to joining AIA, she served diversified industries across Asia Pacific. Ms. Wong holds a Master Degree of Business Administration from the University of Santa Barbara, California, USA.

Ann Yung has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Life Operations Department, responsible for leading her own team to provide quality services in underwriting, policyowners' service and claims. She also assists the agency force to handle issues related to policy issuance and after-sales service. Ms. Yung has been with AIA Operations Department for 12 years. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts from the University of Toronto in Canada.
