November 17, 2006, Hong Kong – American International Assurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (AIA) announced the promotion of Ms. Grace Ko as Assistant Vice President and Head of Office of the Customer.

In her capacity as Head of Office of the Customer, Ms. Ko will continue to manage the daily operations of the department. In addition, using the existing client base and related data, she is responsible for conducting various marketing campaigns to support the sales activities of the agency force. The Office of the Customer also designs and arranges direct selling programs to AIA's customers, serving as a supporting channel for the agency force.

Ms. Ko started her career with the member companies of American International Group, Inc. in 2000 and she joined AIA in 2004. Graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Ms. Ko holds both a Bachelor Degree and a Master Degree in Business Administration.
