| July 5, 2004 - Hong Kong – American International Assurance Company Limited (AIA) celebrated the achievements of its Chief Agency Officer (CAO) Club qualifiers in Hong Kong from 25-27 June 2004. The annual Chief Agency Officer Club is one of AIA’s most prestigious awards and recognizes AIA’s top performers in financial services and agency management in Southeast Asia. AIA Executive Vice President and Chief Agency Officer Philip H. Green explained that, importantly, the three-day event was more than “just another sales awards banquet”, it was an opportunity for the industry’s best agency professionals to share ideas and lessons learned in an increasingly sophisticated insurance and financial services market.
Most importantly, the depth to which these financial services professionals know the market and understand their customers’ needs enables them to drive product development to ensure their customers have the widest range of products and services available, regardless of their stage of life. In doing so, they ensure that AIA’s highly trained and professional agency force continues to be the provider of choice throughout Southeast Asia.
AIA Hong Kong recipients of the 2003 AIA Chief Agency Officer Club honors include Mr. Joshua Wong Choi Sing, Lifetime Award; Mr. Alfred Wong Hoi Fam, Top Manager Award; Ms. Monica Huang Mei Yun, Top Supervisor Award; Ms. Helen Lai Yuk, Top Agent; Ms. Florence Lee Ying Mei, Top New Supervisor; Mr. Patrick Yang Yiu Leung Kenneth, Top New Agent Award.
