105 Premium Refund – ADIP provides one of the following benefits:
Accidental Disability Benefit: In the event of permanent total disability due to an accident, you will receive (1) Disability Benefit which equals to 20% of the Amount of the Cover at the end of a 6-month period from confirmation of permanent total disability, and (2) Monthly Income Benefit equals to 2% of the Amount of Cover will be paid each month starting after the Disability Benefit is paid, till the age of 60.
Return of Premiums as high as 105%: While the policy is in force, you can enjoy the Return of Premiums Benefit when the policy ends after 10 years which equals to 105% of the total premiums paid provided that no claim has been filed and payable.
Surrender Benefit: While the policy is in force, you can terminate the policy before the end of the 10-year policy period in case of urgent financial needs. The Surrender Benefit equals to a percentage (which increases by 10% for each completed policy year starting from 10% after the 1st completed policy year) of the total premiums paid provided that no claim has been filed and payable.
Accidental Death Benefit: In the event of death due to an accident, the beneficiary will receive the Accidental Death Benefit up to US$75,000. The benefit will be doubled if the accident occurred while traveling as a fare-paying passenger on public land transportation or in an passenger carrying elevator, etc.
In the event of death other than from accident, the beneficiary will receive the Non-Accidental Death Benefit equals to 80% of the total premiums paid or the Surrender Benefit, whichever is higher.
If you suffer from serious injury or illness while travelling outside Hong Kong and Macau, Worldwide Emergency Assistance Service will provide emergency evacuation to a medical centre with the facilities to treat you. In case of death, it can arrange repatriation of the body back to Hong Kong or Macau.
