      Certificate number may be in the form of:

      • HKID number without check digit (e.g. A987654); or
      • First 10 digits of Passport number (e.g. 0123456789); or
      • Staff number
        i) in alpha-numeric format e.g. HK123
        ii) in numeric format e.g. 2468 (please add leading zeros to make up a 10-digit certificate number, i.e. 0000002468 for user registration)
