    You DO NOT need to submit the original receipt(s) or any supporting document(s) to AIA. However, you are advised to preserve the original receipts of the corresponding medical treatment or service received for 120 days for the purpose of verification upon AIA's request.

    FPS / e-BankIn REGISTRATION

    Register for FPS / e-BankIn service so that your claims payment will be transferred to your bank account directly after your registration has been successfully completed. It will be much easier and convenient to receive payment from us!

    In view of the latest development related to COVID-19, we have changed service hours of our Customer Service Centres (CSCs) with immediate effect to reduce the risk of virus spreading. We strongly recommend customers to make good use of all online self-help and electronic services, e.g. our mobile apps, “AIA Connect”, to make enquiry. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Hong Kong’s CSCs:

    • Service hour: Monday - Friday; 11am - 5pm

    To safeguard health of our customers and Service Ambassadors, and to minimize any health risk, we will exercise effective measures of social distancing in the premises of our service centre. In case the number of visiting customers has reached maximum capacity of service centre, we will request customers to leave. They could visit us again after booking their service online. Alternatively, they could leave their personal information and service requests with us to call back on the same day. Customers are cordially invited to book service through:

    • our mobile application “AIA Connect” (Profile> Contact AIA > Customer Service Centre Enquiry Appointment Service); or
    • book it with this link: https://www.aia.com.hk/en/help-and-support/individuals/appointment-form.html

    We also encourage customers to make use of our electronic payment channels to settle their premium, experiencing our convenient, fast and safe service.
