In view of the latest development related to COVID-19, we have changed service hours of our Customer Service Centres (CSCs) with immediate effect to reduce the risk of virus spreading. We strongly recommend customers to make good use of all online self-help and electronic services, e.g. our mobile apps, “AIA Connect”, to make enquiry. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Hong Kong’s CSCs:
- Customer Service Centre and Cashier Office located on 13/F AIA Kowloon Tower in Kwun Tong will suspend their service effective 21 July.
- Customer Service Centre located on 12/F AIA Tower in North Point will maintain its usual service (Mon – Fri, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
To safeguard health of our customers and Service Ambassadors, and to minimize any health risk, we will exercise effective measures of social distancing in the premises of our service centre. In case the number of visiting customers has reached maximum capacity of service centre, we will request customers to leave. They could visit us again after booking their service online.
