The “Find Doctors” function in “AIA Connect” mobile application helps you search our Network doctors and clinics in Hong Kong, as well as designated hospitals in mainland China. The application can be easily downloaded from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Download the “AIA Connect” app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) (Click here) to search the network for:

  • Clinics in Hong Kong that offer outpatient surgery for Super Good Health policyholders
  • High quality specialist for specified plans
  • General Practitioner (GP) for network cardholders with preferential consultation fee (medication excluded)
  • Hospitals in mainland China for China Assist cardholders under AIA International Assistance Services (AIAS)
  • Hospitals in mainland China for policyholders from mainland China

Enter your customer number and PIN for the one-time registration. You can then search for a nearby clinic and the contact details and qualifications of the specialist. Please go to the Customer Corner to find a doctor online.

To use this function, you just need to register once with your customer number and PIN. You can find our network GP’s contact details with their qualifications. Please go to the customer corner to find a doctor.

You can enjoy a preferential consultation fee (medication excluded) for our GP without any prior approval. Customers with hospitalization reimbursement products can present the network card and ID card to enjoy this benefit.
