Once your company joins AIA, we will send you a “Notice of Participation” and an Employer Kit, and you can view your daily administrative work at a glance
We will send you an e-notification before the contribution day of each month to remind you to submit your contribution to us. This way you won’t miss the contribution deadline, which can lead to the reporting of a default contribution.

Once your MPF contributions are settled, we will notify your members by email to log in to the “AIA Connect” mobile app or the Member login site to view the relevant contribution records where they will see their latest account information.

You can sign up your members online through the e-Member Enrolment platform. This allows you and your members to enter all the necessary information online directly. It minimises the chance of entering incorrect information, which saves time and is environmentally friendly.

Note: On 9 June 2022, the Legislative Council passed an amendment bill on abolishing the "offsetting" arrangement under MPF. The abolishment is expected to be implemented as soon as 2025, following which, employers can no longer use the accrued benefits derived from employer’s mandatory contributions to offset their employees' severance payment or long-service payment after the transition date. Details are to be further announced.
