1. The above services are applicable to Insured of eligible product(s) only.
2. The above services are provided in Hong Kong by the designated service provider engaged by AIAHK and is not applicable to Macau Region.
3. The services are provided by third party service provider(s). AIA shall not be responsible for any act, negligence or omission of medical advice, opinion, service or treatment on the part of them. AIA reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the service or service provider without prior notice.
4. You should obtain professional advice from a medical practitioner or other appropriate health professional in relation to your own personal circumstances or in relation to the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. 5. Predictive cancer genetic testing is not covered under Cancer Guardian 3 series and Cancer Guardian Pearl 3 Series. Apart from predictive cancer genetic testing, all services listed above can be reimbursed on medically necessary and reasonable and customary basis under relevant eligible product(s), subject to both the relevant benefit limits (including covered cancer limit and lifetime cancer limit, if applicable). Please take note that the actual claim reimbursement shall subject to complete claim documents, insured ’s benefits entitlement, exclusion, policy contract, terms and condition of eligible product(s). The provision of such services by the designated service provider(s) and/or the acceptance thereof by you shall constitute a contract between you and the service provider(s) concerned which is separate and independent from the policy. Users have to bear for incurred charges.
6. AIA is not the service provider or the agent of the service provider. We make no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the quality and availability of the service and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for the services provided by the service provider(s). Under no circumstance shall we be responsible or liable for the acts or omissions or services of the service provider.
