How to file a claim

eClaim procedure

Applicable to any types of outpatient claim

STEP 1 Login to your AIA+ account. Tap "Submit claim" in the Home menu to start a claim submission.

STEP 2 Select "claimant", "Group Insurance" and "claim type", then tap "Next".

STEP 3 Upload receipt document(s).

STEP 4 Follow the instructions to input claim details.

STEP 5 Review your claim details.

STEP 6 Read the Terms and Conditions then tap "Submit".
