AIA Hong Kong has won six Grand Awards while taking home another six top-three finalists at the “Hong Kong Insurance Awards 2020” organised by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers, crowning AIA Hong Kong the insurer with the highest number of wins once again.
Spanning multiple key business areas, the awards AIA Hong Kong received include:

- Outstanding MPF/Employees' Benefit Product/Service Award
- Outstanding Initiative on Community Health Crisis Award – Life Insurance
- Most Innovative Product/Service Award – Life Insurance (Wealth)
- Outstanding Agent of the Year: Mr. Wave Chow, Senior District Director of UTOPIA District
- Outstanding Community Intermediary of the Year: Ms. Lisa Tsui, Senior District Director of CHAMP MVP District

Organised by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers with co-organiser South China Morning Post, “Hong Kong Insurance Awards 2020” honours industry practitioners for their top-notch performance and innovation. For each of the 16 categories of awards, winner was selected from the top-three finalist of the corresponding category. To ensure the credibility and integrity of the awards, the professional panel of judges is comprised of notable and respected figures from across the business, academic and community sectors.
