Notice of the upgrade from AIA Connect to AIA+ mobile app:We're excited to introduce AIA+, our new mobile app that will replace AIA Connect. As we roll out these updates, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
(1) For iOS users (support iOS 14.0 or above): Starting from 26 Aug, all iOS users will receive an upgrade message from AIA Connect when it's time to update your app to AIA+. To ensure a smooth transition, we will notify users in batches, so please stay tuned.
(2) For Android (Google Play) users (support Android OS 10.0 or above): During 26 Aug and 12 Sep, some existing users will receive an upgrade message to update the app to AIA+. For the rest of all users, starting from 13 Sep, they will receive an upgrade message when it's time to update the app to AIA+. They can also go to Google Play to manually download or update the app.
(3) For Huawei users: Starting from mid-Oct, Huawei mobile users can search for and update to AIA+ via AppGallery.
(4) Other users: Starting from 26 Aug, AIA+ mobile app can be installed via downloading the APK file.
