“AIA Dining Cover 2:Carnival FUNtastic Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions (“these Terms and Conditions”)
- The “AIA Dining Cover 2: Carnival FUNtastic Lucky Draw” Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by AIA International Limited (a company incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability and acting through its Hong Kong Branch) (“AIA”).
- “AIA Dining Cover 2” is an insurance product underwritten solely by AIA and is only available for application by individuals who are physically present in Hong Kong.
- The promotion period of the Campaign is from 24 November 2025 (10:00) to 31 December 2025 (23:59) (“Campaign Period”). The Campaign Period is subject to Hong Kong time and the time of successful receipt of the insurance application request by AIA’s server.

Only persons who fulfill the following conditions are eligible to participate in the Campaign (“Eligible Participant”). To be an Eligible Participant, he/she must:
- not hold any in-force AIA insurance policies during the Campaign Period;
- be between the age of 18 and 70 years old;
- hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”); and
- have agreed to and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Persons who have applied for “AIA Dining Cover 2” prior to the start of the Campaign Period and who are enjoying the complimentary 30-day dining cover for “AIA Dining Cover 2” during the Campaign Period are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

During the Campaign Period, an Eligible Participant who has completed the application for “AIA Dining Cover 2” (30 days’ free dining protection) (“Relevant Product”) via the designated “AIA Dining Cover 2:Carnival FUNtastic Lucky Draw” website (“Designated Platform”); and clicked to select the “AIA Dining Cover 2 for product details and after-sales service/Enquiry on other AIA insurance products” checkbox on the Designated Platform’s application page, will be entitled to the following rewards (detailed and subject to Clause 7 below) (“Rewards”):
- receive an OpenRice Promo Code valued at HK$50 (in electronic format) offered by AIA;
- be eligible to join the “AIA Dining Cover 2: Carnival FUNtastic Lucky Draw” (“Lucky Draw”); and
- be eligible to get a limited-time meet-up offer (“Meet-up Offer”).

OpenRice Promo Code valued at HK$50:
- The quota is limited to 3,000, and the OpenRice Promo Code valued at HK$50 will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts.
- The OpenRice Promo Code valued at HK$50 will be distributed by AIA to the Eligible Participants via the email address provided by the Eligible Participant on the Designated Platform when applying for the Relevant Product, normally within 14 to 30 days upon the Eligible Participant’s successful application for the Relevant Product. If there are overwhelming responses, the OpenRice Promo Code valued at HK$50 may be sent out at a later time to the Eligible Participants without further notice.

Grand Prize:
- Winners of the Lucky Draw will be drawn by computer system randomly on 9 January 2026, and the Lucky Draw results will be published on AIA’s website (aia.com.hk), Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 15 January 2026.
- AIA will notify the Lucky Draw winners about the Prize redemption arrangements via email within 7 working days after the list of Lucky Draw winners is published. Email notification will be sent to the email address provided by the Eligible Participant on the Designated Platform when applying for the Relevant Product.
- To redeem his/her Prize, the winner must present his/her Prize notification email and valid identity document for verification of identity and age. If any winner fails to meet any of the eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign or the Lucky Draw, or otherwise fails to meet the qualifications to redeem the Prize, he/she will be disqualified from receiving the Prize without further notice and arrangement, and the Prize will be given to the next winner in sequence on the waiting list.
- Any winner who fails to redeem the Prize within the specified Prize redemption period for whatever reason will be disqualified from receiving the Prize without further notice and arrangement.

Meet-up Offer: The first 100 Eligible Participants who have successfully met with a designated AIA financial planner in Hong Kong on or before 5 January 2026, without the need to purchase any insurance product, will receive 2 admission tickets to the 2025 “AIA Carnival”, each including 10 tokens (total value: HK$300) (“Offer”), subject to the following:
- The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts, and AIA will not provide further notice if the Offer is out of stock.
- The Eligible Participant will receive an email containing a quick response (“QR”) code for the limited-time Meet-up Offer after successful application for the Relevant Product. This QR code will be used for check-in during the Eligible Participant’s meeting with the designated AIA financial planner. During the meeting, the AIA financial planner will scan the QR code in the Eligible Participant’s confirmation email from AIA, and enter the financial planner’s code to complete the verification process.
- The Offer will be sent directly to the relevant Eligible Participants via email within 14 to 30 days after the above check-in and verification process is completed.

OpenRice Promo Code valued at HK$50:
- The 2025 “AIA Carnival” is organized and managed by Great China Entertainment Group Limited (“Great China Entertainment Group”). The admission tickets to the 2025 “AIA Carnival” are valid for use from 22 December 2025 to 1 March 2026. The use and validity period of the 2025 “AIA Carnival” admission tickets are subject to the applicable terms and conditions specified by Great China Entertainment Group and Great China Entertainment Group’s final arrangement.

- The Rewards, Prizes and Offer under this Campaign (collectively, the “Campaign Rewards”) will be offered at AIA’s sole discretion. Participants are not entitled to raise any objection.
- Each person is entitled to participate in the Campaign and receive the Campaign Rewards (whether the whole or any part(s) of the Campaign Rewards) once only during the Campaign Period. Duplicate submissions of the same name, phone number or email address will be voided. The participant must ensure that the personal information provided to AIA is accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud. AIA shall have the absolute right and discretion to determine the participant's entitlement to the Campaign Rewards based on the authenticity and completeness of the information provided, and to withdraw or forfeit any of the Campaign Rewards granted or offered without prior notice.
- AIA is not responsible for verifying the email addresses submitted by the Eligible Participants. AIA will not re-issue any email notification regarding any Campaign Rewards redemption should there be any failure of delivery of the email notification resulting from inaccurate or incorrect information submitted by the Eligible Participants.
- Email notification or other Campaign Rewards redemption documents issued will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage. No transfer, exchange, cash redemption or substitution for the Campaign Rewards is permitted.
- All Campaign Rewards (electronic, digital, actual paper or otherwise) to be granted or offered under the Campaign shall not be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products.
- If the Eligible Participants or Lucky Draw winners violate any of these Terms and Conditions or commit any dishonest or illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of AIA or any third parties, the relevant Eligible Participants or Lucky Draw winners shall be liable to compensate for all the losses.
- The use of each of the Campaign Rewards shall be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Great China Entertainment Group (for admission tickets to the 2025 “AIA Carnival” only) and the corresponding suppliers of the respective Campaign Rewards.
- Unless any Campaign Rewards are expressly and specifically stated to be supplied / manufactured by AIA, the Campaign Rewards are not supplied / manufactured by AIA. AIA does not in any way represent or warrant the quality, availability, usability, applicability, merchantability, condition of, fitness for any particular purpose condition or any other matters in connection with such Campaign Rewards and shall not be held liable for the same. AIA shall not be held legally liable for any issues, disputes, direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such Campaign Rewards (including but not limited to the use of such Campaign Rewards by mistake, network or device failures or problems, technical errors, delays or any other reasons) or the Campaign. All enquiries or complaints relating to the Campaign Rewards should be made directly to the corresponding suppliers of the Campaign Rewards.
- AIA reserves the absolute right to suspend, vary or cancel any benefits, discounts, offers, privileges, promotions, rewards, services and the like to be granted or offered under the Campaign (including all the Campaign Rewards but excluding the Lucky Draw and the Prizes) at any time without any further notice. The Lucky Draw and the Prizes may only be suspended, varied or cancelled by AIA in the event of any force majeure, which is not caused or contributed to by AIA, or which is beyond the control of AIA.
- By participating in the Campaign, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accepted that AIA is entitled to the rights set out in these Terms and Conditions. In case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or AIA reasonably believes that a participant has engaged in dishonest or fraudulent conduct and/or committed other inappropriate acts (including but not limited to using or abetting others to use inappropriate methods to affect, cause technical problems or disorder to, damage, interfere, interrupt or jeopardize the operation or any aspect of the Campaign), AIA has the sole and absolute discretion to immediately revoke the participant’s entitlement to any benefits, demands and claims and recover from any participant the Campaign Rewards redeemed or equivalent value in cash, claim against the participant for any damages and/or losses arising from or in connection with the above and pursue any legal action, without any further notice.
- If for any reason this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of AIA that corrupt or affect the system administration or security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, AIA reserves the right, without prior notice, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the relevant process from participating in this Campaign, and reserves all rights to take further actions as necessary.
- AIA is not liable for any application or registration delay, loss of information, error in transmitting information, or unrecognizable or damaged information that may be caused by any computer, internet network, telephone, technical problems or any other causes beyond the control of AIA, and the participants may not raise any objection.
- AIA has the absolute discretion to change, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or to terminate, suspend or cancel this Campaign (including all the Campaign Rewards but excluding the Lucky Draw and the Prizes) at any time without further notice. Any change, deletion or addition to these Terms and Conditions regarding the Lucky Draw and the Prizes and/or any termination, suspension or cancellation of the Lucky Draw and the Prizes could only be made by AIA in the event of any force majeure, which is not caused or contributed to by, or which is beyond the control of AIA.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- Personal Information Collection Statement: Participating in the Campaign will serve as the participant’s agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, consent to accept the AIA’s Personal Information Collection Statement and agreement to receive communications relating to the Campaign. For AIA’s Personal Information Collection Statement, please refer to the AIA corporate website: https://www.aia.com.hk/en/privacy-statement.html. The participant acknowledges and agrees that the personal data provided on the Designated Platform will be used for participation in this Campaign, including but not limited to administrative purposes for this Campaign, sending QR codes, sending Openrice Promo Codes, inclusion in the participant list for the Lucky Draw, drawing winners, contacting and sending notifications to winners, publishing the list of winners (with part of the names and phone numbers published in the newspapers and/or websites mentioned in Clause 7b above), and verifying identity and age of winners.
- AIA reserves the absolute right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any dispute, AIA has the right to make the final decision.
- In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
AIA Carnival FUNtastic Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions
- AIA Carnival FUNtastic Lucky Draw ("Promotional Campaign") is organised by AIA International Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda with limited liability and acting through its Hong Kong branch ("AIAHK"). The campaign period is valid from 1 October 2025 at 10 a.m. to 31 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (“Campaign Period”). It is subject to Hong Kong time and the time received by AIAHK's server. By participating in the Promotional Campaign, the participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Participants who fulfil the following conditions (“Eligible Participant”) can register on
the campaign page during the campaign period to participate in the lucky draw of this
Promotional Campaign (“Lucky Draw”) and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw:
- is a policyholder with at least one AIA’s in-force individual insurance policy, and
- aged 18 or above, and
- with valid email address recorded in the latest AIA policy, and
- physically present in Hong Kong or Macau when participating in the Lucky Draw
- On or before 5 January 2026, Eligible Participants who complete a face-to-face “designated financial analysis” in Hong Kong or Macau with a financial planner, technical representatives, brokers or independent financial advisors (IFAs) from AIA or AIA's partnership distribution channel, and register for the Lucky Draw on the campaign page during the Campaign Period will be entitled to one lucky draw chance. The email address and phone number filled in the designated financial analysis by Existing Customers must be the same as the email address and phone number registered with AIA.
- Each Eligible Participant can only join the Lucky Draw once with one Lucky Draw chance, and may win once only, even if they have more than one in-force individual insurance policy.
- Eligibility to the Lucky Draw does not guarantee winning of any prize.

There are 300 lucky draw winners in total. The winners will receive the following prize
(“Prizes”):
- “AIA Carnival” x 2 tickets, each ticket contains 50 tokens (Value at: HK$1,100) (300 winners)
- Winners will be randomly drawn by computer system on 12 January 2026. The lucky draw results will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily in Hong Kong and on AIA website (aia.com.hk) on 19 January 2026. Winners will be notified about the prize redemption arrangement via email within one month after the end of Campaign Period. At the time of prize collection, winners must have a valid email address or mobile numbers registered with AIA. The winner must present his/her prize notification email and identification document for verification of identity and age. If the winners fail to meet the qualifications and/or requirements to win the prizes, their winning eligibility will be cancelled, and prize will be given to the next winner in sequence on the waiting list. The winner will be disqualified without further notice and arrangement if in the event of failure to collect the prizes within the specified prize redemption period for whatever reason.

- AIAHK reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from the Promotional Campaign, AIAHK reserves the right of final decision.

Privacy Policy Statement
Participating in the Promotional Campaign will serve as the participant's consent to accept this Terms and Conditions, AIA Privacy Policy Statement and agreement to receive communications relating to the Promotional Campaign, including winner notifications. For AIA Privacy Policy Statement, please refer to the AIA corporate website https://www.aia.com.hk/en/privacy-statement.html Participants' personal information including name, ID / passport number and date of birth will be collected and used for participating and administering the Promotional Campaign including the announcement of the winners’ list, notification of prize redemption arrangements, and identity verification for prize redemption. - In the event of discrepancies in the Terms and Conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), the Hong Kong Courts have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
- “AIA” refers to the Hong Kong Branch and/or Macau Branch of AIA International Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability). “Hong Kong” and “Macau” refer to “Hong Kong Special Administrative Region” and “Macao Special Administrative Region” respectively.
