Important Note:
- Medical Green Passage Service is provided by he designated independent third-party service provider in Mainland China ("MC Service Provider"). AIA shall not be responsible or liable for any medical service, product and solicitation effort provided by MC Service Provider, which is not sold or marketed by AIA.
- Eligibility for service is subject to evaluation by AIA and MC Service Provider and the services provided are subject to the terms and conditions of MC Service Provider.
- With customer's informed consent, MC Service Provider will use the customer's personal particulars for appointment booking only.
- MC Service Provider will only assist qualified Insured to arrange outpatient / inpatient booking at the designated Medical Green Passage Network Hospital. Apart from the costs related to the hospital booking, all medical costs shall be borne and settled by the Insured directly to the medical facilities.
- MC Service Provider or AIA may revise the selection and number of hospitals in the list if Medical Green Passage Network Hospital.
- AIA has the absolute discretion to terminate the Medical Green Passage at any time without prior notice.
