Submit the claim application via AIA+
- Login to your AIA+ account.
Tap "Submit claim" in the Home menu to start a claim submission. - Select "claimant", "Group Insurance" and "claim type", then tap "Next".
- Upload receipt document(s).
- Follow the instructions to input claim details.
- Review your claim details.
- Read the Terms and Conditions then tap "Submit".
