AIA Hong Kong has launched AIA “Xtra Protect”, a brand-new accident protection plan. With a daily premium as low as HK$4.2, customers can receive up to HK$10,000 Accidental Medical Expenses Reimbursement Benefit1 per accident, including HK$1,000 acupuncture and bone-setting treatment expense per accident2, HK$500 chiropractic and physiotherapy expense per treatment3, plus HK$500,000 Permanent Total Disability Benefit and HK$500,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit. This accident protection plan is available at a competitive price and offers customers cover that is more flexible and comprehensive than what is currently available on the market, allowing them to choose their preferred treatments according to their needs. From today until 30 June, customers who purchase AIA “Xtra Protect” can enjoy up to five months' premium refund4.

Affordable: AIA “Xtra Protect” offers two plans:

  • Plan 1: HK$1,528 annual premium or around HK$4.2 daily premium
  • Plan 2: HK$2,588 annual premium or around HK$7 daily premium
     
Accidental Medical Expenses Reimbursement Benefit1:

  • Plan 1: Customers can receive up to HK$10,000 per accident, including HK$1,000 acupuncture and bone-setting treatment expense per accident2. Customers may also choose chiropractic and physiotherapy treatments for up to HK$500 per treatment3.
  • Plan 2: Customers can receive up to HK$20,000 per accident, including HK$1,000 acupuncture and bone-setting treatment expense per accident2. Customers may also choose to receive chiropractic and physiotherapy treatments for up to HK$700 per treatment3.
     
Permanent Total Disability Benefit:

  • Plan 1: HK$500,000
  • Plan 2: HK$1,000,000
     
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit:

  • Plan 1: HK$500,000
  • Plan 2: HK$1,000,000
