You may visit our partner, re:HEALTH under Union Medical Healthcare, to complete Health Check. After completion, you can claim your AIA Vitality Points.

Book an appointment for eye check at re:HEALTH under EC Healthcare.

You will need to make an advance booking by calling or emailing for your Eye Check in re:HEALTH under EC Healthcare. 
 

Present your AIA Vality membership card and personal identification document upon arrival, and pay the Eye Check Fee.

While you're there for eye check, you must sign the consent form provided by re:HEALTH under EC Healthcare for the disclosure of certain relevant test result(s) to AIA Vitality and points will be awarded automatically once we receive your test result(s).
