If you are approached by someone who claims to be representing AIA MPF in a manner that raises any doubt or suspicion in your mind –

1. insist to verify the caller's identity by asking for the financial planner's full name and MPF Registration No.

2. terminate the call if the caller refuses to provide his or her identification information

3. If you have any doubt, contact our Member Hotline at (852) 2200 6288 to verify the caller's identity.

Also, AIA and its financial planners would not invite clients to withdraw accrued benefits from MPF accounts.

AIA has been onboarded to the eMPF Platform on 3 September 2025.
