Please select the bill type, then enter the bill account number and payment amount. Pay the premium and the premium levy together (if applicable).
You may use either an 8-digit or a 10-digit bill account number. The 8-digit bill account number is pre-printed on your payment notice.
If you are using a 10-digit bill account number (i.e., the policy number), please replace the first letter with the following number as shown below:
