  3. Local cashless hospitalisation is applicable to all plan levels, while overseas cashless hospitalisation is applicable to Plan 2 to Plan 4.

  4. Personal Medical Case Management Services with Rehabilitation Management is only applicable to Plan 3 and Plan 4.
