Read the Employer's guide to understand basic MPF information, employer's obligations and an introduction to AIA's MPF solutions
Complete and submit the Employer Participation Agreement along with the required documents to the eMPF Platform for processing. Alternatively, you may contact us to assistance you with your application
Once your company joins AIA, the eMPF Platform will send you a “Notice of Participation” and a "Key Scheme Information Document", and you can view your daily administrative work at a glance
The eMPF Platform will send you an e-notification before the contribution day of each month to remind you to submit your contribution to us. This way you won't miss the contribution deadline, which can lead to the reporting of a default contribution.
You can process your employees' MPF contributions, use bulk upload contribution data in an Excel file through the eMPF Web Portal, and a range of payment methods, including autopay, PPS, and more. For more details, please read the Contribution Payment Methods Guide.
If you are not sure when and how much to contribute when a new member joins your company, simply follow a few simple steps to enter the details into our First Contribution Calculator, and you will see the required information.
Once your MPF contributions are settled, we will notify your members by email to log in to the AIA+ mobile app or the Member login site to view the relevant contribution records where they will see their latest account information.

You can enrol your new employees online through the eMPF Web Portal and eMPF Mobile App. This allows you and your members to enter all the necessary information online directly. It minimises the chance of entering incorrect information, which saves time and is environmentally friendly.

Note: On 9 June 2022, the Legislative Council passed an amendment bill on abolishing the "offsetting" arrangement under MPF. The abolishment is expected to be implemented as soon as 2025, following which, employers can no longer use the accrued benefits derived from employer's mandatory contributions to offset their employees' severance payment or long-service payment after the transition date. Details are to be further announced.
