Terms and Conditions of the Limited Privilege:

  1. This limited offer is an exclusive Enrolment Prize for AIA's valued customers. For details, please refer to the promotional leaflet here.
  2. Each eligible selected customer can choose and is entitled to one of the below complimentary offers (the "Offer") per qualified new policy from the promotion specified in Terms and Conditions (1) (the “New Policy”):

  3. If the customer's offer preference is not received by the specified date (according to Hong Kong time and the time when AIA receives the records), AIA Carnival Ticket Package will be provided.
  4. The Offer cannot be changed nor replaced upon issuance.
  5. The qualified New Policy must still be in force and without outstanding premium at the time of issuance of the Offer, otherwise the customer's eligibility for the Offer will be forfeited.
  6. AIA is not the manufacturer/supplier of Offer and shall have no obligation and liability in any issues that arise from the Offer. Any disputes arising from the Offer shall be resolved between the participants and the manufacturer/supplier directly.

  2. Each eligible selected customer can choose and is entitled to one of the below complimentary gifts (the "Gift") per qualified new policy from this Limited Privilege (the “New Policy”):
    • two “AIA Carnival 2024” Admission Tickets with tokens (valued at HK$300). The complimentary “AIA Carnival 2024” tickets are 1-day tickets valid for the entire carnival period till 16 February 2025, except 10 January 2025, or
    • Mandarin Oriental Gift Card (valued at HK$250). The Mandarin Oriental Gift Card is applicable to hotel accommodations, spa services, dining, etc., of the Mandarin Oriental hotels worldwide, including cities in mainland China, HK, and Macau.
