Earn AIA Points

To review and select the missions in the "AIA Points mission" of AIA+. After completion, you will earn corresponding AIA Points.

Once the mission completed, you can check the update in the "Notification" and earned points in “Points history”

Redeem AIA Points

To redeem different rewards easily with your AIA Points.

Select your favourite rewards and tap "Redeem"

Enter the quantity and tap "Confirm and redeem" to proceed. After the redemption is successful, the reward will be distributed in "Available Vouchers"

Transfer AIA Points

To transfer AIA Points to your loved ones with valid AIA+ account to share happiness together.

Tap "Send points", Scan the recipient's personal QR code, or you can import the image from your device

Enter the number of points you want to transfer

1. What is AIA Points Reward Programme (The Programme)?

AIA is committed to helping customers Live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives, so that every AIA Points member can enjoy different life experiences and rewards.

2. Who can join the AIA Points Reward Programme?

This programme welcomes all registered AIA+ users to participate.

3. How can I join the Programme?

You need to register as an AIA+ user (non-AIA customers can also register), and agree to the terms and conditions of the programme, then you can join the program.

4. Will my membership expire?

Your membership has no expiration date

5. Can I hold more than one AIA Points membership account？

No. Each AIA+ user can only hold one AIA Points reward member account. If you hold more than one AIA Points reward member account, it will be cancelled and all points and gifts in the account will be forfeited.

6. Is there any fee for participating in the AIA Points Reward Programme?

No. You can become a member of AIA Points Point Reward Programme for free.

Earn, redeem and transfer AIA Points

1. How can I earn AIA Points?

After the membership becomes effective, you can obtain and accumulate AIA Points by participating in and completing designated tasks or activities. You must become a member before you can earn AIA Points.

2. How long will it take for the earned AIA Points to be deposited into my account?

Under normal circumstances, the AIA Points you earned will be credited to your account within 10 working days after the completion of the specified task or activity. In the case of special specification or force majeure, your AIA Points balance may not be updated as scheduled, but we will update the AIA Points balance as soon as possible.

3. When will my AIA Points expire?

AIA Points are valid for 3 years from the date of registration.

4. How many AIA Points do I have?

After logging into AIA+, tap "Rewards", and your AIA Points balance will be displayed at the top of the page.

5. Can I transfer AIA Points to my family members and friends?

You can transfer AIA Points to other AIA+ users through the AIA+ mobile app. The limit of transferring or receiving is a maximum of 5 times per month respectively. If your family members and friends have not yet registered as AIA+ user s, they must first register before obtaining and using AIA Points.

6. How do I redeem or use AIA Points?

You can enter the "Rewards" page through the AIA+ mobile app, select your favourite gift in the marketplace and select the quantity, then confirm. After the redemption is successful, you will receive a push notification confirmation, and the gift will be distributed in “Available Vouchers” of “Rewards” for use. You can redeem a maximum number of 5 Rewards per week from any merchants (except for designated rewards we announce from time to time).

7. Where can I check the gifts I have redeemed?

You only need to log in to the AIA+ mobile app, tap ‘Rewards’ to see the gift you’ve redeemed.

8. How can I seek help if I encounter difficulties when participating in the AIA Points reward program?

You may refer to AIA Points "Frequently Asked Questions" on AIA+ or the terms and conditions of individual rewards, or call or email us for inquiries. We will reply as soon as possible.
