For more details or to access the Privilege, please register on the AIA+ mobile app or contact us via our dedicated hotline for AIA Alta Club members at (852) 2200 6628, or through the international toll-free number. Please ensure that your registration is made at least 3 working days in advance of the intended date of redeeming the Privilege. We will arrange a representative from Dinner In The Sky Macao to assist you with your inquiries and bookings.

Dinner In The Sky Macao
Remarks for Dinner In The Sky Macao:
  1. This Privilege is applicable to dine-in only and excludes beverages, professional photography, drone photography, private event, and any other additional services. 
  2. Adverse Weather Arrangements: During the typhoon season, the operating hours of "Dinner In The Sky" may be affected by weather conditions. Under the following weather warning signals, "Dinner In The Sky" will operate according to the arrangements below:
    • Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal: "Dinner In The Sky" will temporarily suspend its activities and await the cancellation of the rainstorm before resuming (waiting time no more than 90 minutes). 
    • Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal: "Dinner In The Sky" All booking will be cancelled. Operations will resume approximately 15 minutes after the warning is lifted. 
    • Typhoon Signal No. 1: If the real-time wind speed does not exceed 11 m/s, all bookings for "Dinner In The Sky" will remain open as usual.
    • Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Above: All bookings for "Dinner In The Sky" will be cancelled. 
  3. Please make your booking at least 3 working days ahead. No changes date or rescheduling are permitted after order confirmation.
  4. This Privilege is only available for existing AIA Alta Club members whose membership remains valid and in force at the time of redemption.
Terms and Conditions of this Privilege
  • Dinner In The Sky Macao is provided by Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (or"Provider"), which is an independent third party.  AIA makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the quality and availability of the services of this Privilege, and shall not be responsible for any services provided by the Provider. 
  • This Privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items, and it may not be resold.
  • The Provider may cancel, suspend or postpone this Privilege due to weather condition(s), safety, any force majeure event(s), or any other reason. For details, please visit Dinner In The Sky Macao Website.
  • AIA is not the provider of this Privilege and shall have no obligation and liability in any issues that may arise from this Privilege.
  • Any disputes arising from this Privilege shall be resolved between the participants and the Provider directly. 
  • Any disputes arising from Dinner In The Sky Macao under this Privilege shall be resolved by the AIA Alta Club member and the Provider directly. 
  • The use of this Privilege is subject to the respective terms and conditions of the Provider. 
  • Dinner In The Sky Macao reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
  • The above discount of this Privilege is subject to the terms and conditions of AIA Alta Club. Please click here for details. 
  • Any Privilege offered by AIA Alta Club and/or the partner(s) and/or service provider(s) of the relevant privileges may be changed, suspended and/or terminated by AIA without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, AIA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
