For more details or to access the Privilege, please register on the AIA+ mobile app or contact us via our dedicated hotline for AIA Alta Club members at (852) 2200 6628, or through the international toll-free number. Please ensure that your registration is made at least 7 working days in advance of the intended date of redeeming the Privilege. We will arrange a representative from Mandarin Oriental, Macau to assist you with your inquiries and bookings.

Remarks for the Privileges provided by Mandarin Oriental, Macau:
  1. General Terms and Conditions for Privileges 1, 2 and 3
    • The Privileges are not applicable on the following dates (the "Blackout Dates"):
      • 1-7 October 2025, 14-16 November 2025, 24- 28 December 2025, 30-31 December 2025, 1-2 January 2026, 15-24 February 2026, 3-6 April, 1-5 May, and 19-21 June 2026.
    • The Privileges are not applicable on the designated Blackout dates apply, and the promotion is not valid for tactical promotions, guest bartenders, festive offerings, mid-autumn, visiting practitioners, special menus, or other holiday events/brand collaborations.
    • All reservations are subject to availability.
  2. Privilege 1
    • Room reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date and must be requested through AIA Alta Club.
  3. Privilege 2
    • Restaurant reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the dining date and must be arranged through AIA Alta Club. 
  4. This Privilege is only available to existing AIA Alta Club members whose membership remains valid and in force at the time of redemption.
Terms and Conditions of the Privileges
  • The privileges mentioned (collectively, the "Privilege(s)") are offered by Mandarin Oriental, Macau (the "Provider"), an independent third party. AIA is not the provider and does not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of any services.   
  • AIA shall not be liable for any services, including hotel stays, dining, spa treatments, massages, fitness training, or related products, nor for any issues arising from the use of these Privileges.
  • The Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items, and they may not be resold.
  • The Provider may cancel or postpone the Privileges due to adverse weather condition(s), safety, any force majeure event(s), or any other reason. For details, please contact the Provider.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of the Privileges shall be resolved between the participants and the Provider directly.
  • The use of the Privileges is subject to the respective terms and conditions of the Provider.

  • Any Privilege offered by AIA Alta Club and/or the partner(s) and/or service provider(s) of the relevant privileges may be changed, suspended and/or terminated by AIA without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, AIA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
