Upon successful registration, the experience will be available for booking for two calendar months from the date of registration. The last reservation date of the experience is 31 January 2027.

Remarks for Hong Kong Observation Wheel:
  1. Reservation must be made prior to the visit via the designated Hong Kong Observation Wheel booking page.
  2. A monthly quota of 800 registration is available for each calendar month during the registration period. Quota is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock last. Upon successful registration, the experience will be available for booking for two calendar months from the date of registration. The last reservation date of the experience is 31 January 2027.
  3. Blackout dates include: 1 July 2026 and 1 October 2026. Please note that the blackout date may vary from time to time. Please refer to Hong Kong Observation Wheel official website.
  4. This Privilege is only available for existing AIA Alta Club members whose membership remains valid and in force at the time of registration for the Privilege.
Terms and Conditions of the Privileges
  • The privilege mentioned above (the "Privilege") is jointly orgainsed by AIA International Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda with limited liability and acting through its Hong Kong branch ("AIA") in collaboration with The Entertainment Corporation Limited ("TECL") (the "Provider").
  • The registration period of the Privilege commences on 1 April 2026 at 12 p.m. and ends on 31 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong time) (the "Registration Period"), based on the time AIA's server successfully receives the registration request.
  • The Privilege is available exclusively to AIA Alta Club members. Registrants must be existing AIA Alta Club members at the time of registration for the Privilege ("Eligible Members").
  • Each Eligible Member may register for the Privilege once only during the Registration Period.
  • Once submitted, registrations cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn.
  • Each Eligible Member who successfully registers for the Privilege will receive a unique promotion code via a confirmation email sent within 24 hours to Eligible Member's email registered with AIA. This promotion code must be used to redeem an admission ticket for the AIA Alta Club Exclusive Crystal Gondola Journey at the Hong Kong Observation Wheel ("HKOW") through the designated HKOW booking webpage.
  • The promotion code is valid for one (1) month from the date of receipt via confirmation email. Any unused or expired promotion code will automatically lapse and will not be re‑issued, refunded, or extended. The last reservation date of the Privilege is 31 January 2027.
  • The Eligible Ticket will be sent to the Eligible Member's email address provided at the time the admission ticket is redeemed.
  • Each Eligible Ticket permits one‑time admission only and may be used by a group of up to five (5) persons in total on the admission date. The Eligible Ticket must be used in a single visit and may not be split, reused, or partially redeemed.
  • Participants must comply with all rules and regulations, and usage terms published on the Hong Kong Observation Wheel official website.
  • Participants shall bear full responsibility for any losses suffered by AIA or third parties arising from breaches of these terms or illegal acts.
  • The Privilege and/or Eligible Ticket is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other substitute. Resale of the Eligible Ticket is strictly prohibited.
  • AIA is not the service provider of the Privilege and shall not be responsible or liable for the operation or quality of the experience at the Hong Kong Observation Wheel, nor for any consequences arising from participation in the experience. Any disputes relating to the experience as a result of the Privilege shall be resolved between the participants and TECL directly.
  • The Provider may cancel or postpone the Privilege due to weather condition(s), safety, any force majeure event(s), or any other reason. For details of such arrangement, please visit https://hkow.hk/terms-and-conditions, or the HKOW's social media platforms. If rescheduling of experience is required due to abovementioned scenarios, please email your ticket information to the Hong Kong Observation Wheel's Customer Experience Team at enquiries@hkow.hk for further arrangement.
  • Participants shall bear full responsibility for any losses suffered by AIA or third parties arising from breaches of these terms or illegal acts.
  • Any disputes arising from the Privilege shall be resolved between the participants and the Provider directly.
  • The use of the Privilege is subject to the respective terms and conditions of the Provider.

  • Any Privilege offered by AIA Alta Club and/or the partner(s) and/or service provider(s) of the relevant privileges may be changed, suspended and/or terminated by AIA without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, AIA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
