What is this about?

AIA Vitality members can enjoy complimentary tickets to the movies by redeeming Reward Credits for Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher. All you need to do to earn Reward Credits is to exercise! For every 750 AIA Vitality points you earn in a calendar month by tracking exercise, you can earn one Reward Credit which can be used to select one Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher. It's that easy, so let's get healthy together!

Your Reward

Up to 2 reward credits a month by earning 1,500 exercise points.

What you need to know

AIA Vitality members can earn up to 2 Reward Credits per calendar month based on the number of exercise points earned.
  • For every 750 exercise points you earn in a calendar month, you can earn one Reward Credit (maximum 2 Reward Credits earned per month).
  • One Reward Credit can be used to select one Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher.
  • If you earn the maximum number of points for fitness-related activities (15,000 AIA Vitality Points) within a membership year, you will receive 2 reward credits each month for the rest of your current AIA Vitality membership year.
  • Each reward credit expires in 3 months after the end of the month in which the qualifying AIA Vitality Points were earned. (e.g. 750 AIA Vitality Points = 1 reward credit was earned on 15 May 2021. The reward credit expiry date is 31 August 2021).
  • Upon selection of reward choice "Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher", the Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher has the same expiry date as the reward credit (e.g. if reward credit expiry date is 31 August 2021, Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher expiry date is 31 August 2021).
  • You must redeem the movie voucher before the expiry date.
  • You must be a valid AIA Vitality member and need to present your AIA Vitality membership card at the time of movie ticket redemption.
  • Movie vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  • All movie vouchers are non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash or any other goods.
  • All movie tickets redeemed are non-exchangeable.
  • You cannot transfer, assign, sell, barter or pledge your reward credits to other person. Reward credit and Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for any other consideration.
  • For any enquiries of invalid Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher, please contact AIA Ambassador at 0800 315 (Macau).
  • Your Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher will immediately expire upon the termination of AIA Vitality membership.

How do I redeem the movie vouchers?

Step 1: Exercise and earn AIA Vitality Points to qualify 
You will need to exercise and earn the required number of AIA Vitality Points to qualify for reward credits. You may also log in to AIA+ mobile app to check your reward credit balance and redeem them at any time. Don't forget that reward credits will expire in 3 months from the end of the month in which you earned the qualifying AIA Vitality Points, if you do not select the reward from your Rewards of AIA+ mobile app. Please check your account balance regularly.
Step 2: Redeem reward credits on AIA+ mobile app
Log in to AIA+ mobile app, click on "Rewards" tag > "Reward credits" tag> "Monthly Reward Credit" tag > select "Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher" under "Reward credits" You will see the number of reward credits you can select. You may select the number of reward credits to be redeemed as Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher. The redemption will automatically be applied to the reward credits expiring first.
 
The Galaxy Cinemas Movie Voucher will expire in 3 months starting from the end of the month in which the qualifying AIA Vitality Points were earned or upon the termination of AIA Vitality membership. No reminder will be sent to you. Please check your account balance regularly.
 
Note: Once you have chosen the selected Galaxy Cinemas Movie Vouchers, no exchange is allowed.
Step 3: Redeem Movie Ticket
You can redeem one 2D movie ticket at the Galaxy Cinemas ticketing counter by presenting your AIA Vitality membership card.
