What you need to know

AIA Vitality members can earn up to 2 Reward Credits per calendar month based on the number of exercise points earned.

  • For every 750 exercise points you earn in a calendar month, you can earn one Reward Credit (maximum 2 Reward Credits earned per month).
  • One Reward Credit can be used to select one Green Common e-Shop e-Coupon.
  • If you earn the maximum number of points for fitness-related activities (15,000 AIA Vitality Points) within a membership year, you will receive 2 reward credits each month for the rest of your current AIA Vitality membership year.
  • Each reward credit expires in 3 months after the end of the month in which the qualifying AIA Vitality Points were earned. (e.g. 1 reward credit was earned on 15 June 2022 because the member earned 750 AIA Vitality Points. The reward credit expiry date is 30 September 2022).
  • Upon selection of reward choice “Green Common e-Shop e-Coupon”, the Green Common e-Shop e-Coupon has the same expiry date as the reward credit (e.g. if reward credit expiry date is 30 September 2022, Green Common e-Shop e-Coupon expiry date is 30 September 2022).
  • You need a Green Common account to redeem the e-Shop e-Coupon.
  • One Green Common e-Shop e-Coupon entitles you to spend as cash at Green Common's official website.
  • Each discount code can only be used once.
  • One discount code can be applied for each transaction.
  • "Common Points" in membership program will be counted only after all discounts and coupon amount in each transaction.
  • Terms and conditions is applied for the Green Common e-Shop e-Coupon.
  • The offer is not applicable to Cash voucher and gift voucher (including soup voucher).

Get Started

Step 1: Exercise & Earn Reward Credit

You will need to exercise and earn the required number of AIA Vitality Points to qualify for reward credits. You may also log in to AIA Connect app or website to check your reward credit balance and redeem them at any time. Don't forget that reward credits will expire in 3 months from the end of the month in which you earned the qualifying AIA Vitality Points, if you do not select the reward from your Wallet of AIA Connect. Please check your account balance regularly.

 

Step 2: Redeem Reward Credit

Log in to AIA Connect app or website, click on “Wallet” tag > “Rewards” tag > “Monthly Reward Credit” tag > select “Green Common e-Shop HK$30 or HK$50 e-Coupon” under “My Voucher”. You will see the number of reward credits you can select. You may select the number of reward credits to be redeemed as Green Common e-Shop e-Coupons. The redemption will automatically be applied to the reward credits expiring first.

The Green Common e-Shop e-Coupon will expire in 3 months starting from the end of the month in which the qualifying AIA Vitality Points were earned or upon the termination of AIA Vitality membership. No reminder will be sent to you. Please check your account balance regularly.

Note: Once you have chosen Green Common e-Shop e-Coupons, no exchange is allowed.

Step 3: Redeem your Green Common e-Shop e-Coupons

You may to redeem your Green Common e-Shop e-Coupons at Green Common's official website (it cannot be used for deli & shops):
  • You need a Green Common account to redeem the e-Shop e-Coupons. If you do not have an existing account, please register for one, registration is complimentary. Please read the Benefit Guide before redeeming your reward. You must adhere to the rules described within the Benefit Guide to receive your Vitality reward.
