What is this about?

HKTVmall by Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited is a 24-hour online shopping mall. They provide an "one-stop shop" platform to customers, including entertainment, online shopping, delivery service and customer experience.

AIA Vitality members can earn up to HKD500 worth equivalent to 10 status reward credits by improving their AIA Vitality Status. Each time a higher AIA Vitality Status is achieved, members will get rewarded. The number of credits you qualify for depends on the member's AIA Vitality Status achieved in current membership year.

Status Reward Credits

You can earn up to 10 status reward credits each membership year.
Status reward credit can then be used to select only one of the reward partners available. Reward partners may change from time to time, please refer to website www.aia.com.hk/aiavitality for the latest update.
Terms and conditions apply when you convert your status reward credit to select HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher. Please refer to section - Important Points to Remember.
Each status reward credit in your Rewards of AIA+ mobile app is valid for 3 months, starting from the end of the month where the status reward credit earned (e.g. status reward credit was earned when member achieved a new AIA Vitality Status on 15 July 2023. The status reward credit expiry date is 31 October 2023).
Once HKTVmall is selected in your Rewards of AIA+ mobile app, you will see the HKTVmall HKD 50 e-Gift voucher. All expired HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers are not retrievable.

HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers

Each status reward credit has to be selected in your Rewards of AIA+ mobile app before it expires.
Each HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher entitles you to spend up to HKD50 at HKTVmall's official website [ www.hktvmall.com ] or mobile app.
Upon selection of reward choice "HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher", the HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher has the same expiry date as the status reward credit (e.g. if status reward credit expiry date is 30 September 2023, HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher expiry date is 30 September 2023).
All HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers in the Rewards of AIA+ mobile app will be invalid if not redeemed by the expiry date.

Important Points To Remember

Each status reward credit in your Rewards of AIA+ mobile app is valid for 3 months, starting from the end of the month where the status reward credit earned (e.g. status reward credit was earned when member achieved a new AIA Vitality Status on 15 June 2023. The status reward credit expiry date is 30 September 2023).
Upon selection of reward choice "HKTVmall HKD50 e-Gift voucher", the HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher has the same expiry date as the reward credit (e.g. if status reward credit expiry date is 30 September 2023, HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher expiry date is 30 September 2023).
Once you have chosen the selected HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers, no exchange is allowed.
The HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher in your Wallet of AIA Connect can be redeemed at HKTVmall's official website (www.hktvmall.com) or mobile app. All reward credits that are past the expiry date are not retrievable.
You must log in to HKTVmall account to redeem the HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers.
One HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher entitles you to spend up to HKD50 at HKTVmall's official website or mobile app.
HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for in-store purchase at HKTVmall O2O shops.
HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher code can only redeem the assigned quantity and amount of HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers.
Each HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher code can only be redeemed once.
Once the HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher code is redeemed successfully, the HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers will be sent into your HKTVmall account and it cannot be transferred to other HKTVmall accounts.
A maximum of 10 HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers can be used per transaction.
Terms and conditions is applied for the HKTVmall e-Gift voucher.
HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase HKTVmall e-Gift voucher, exchange to cash or Mall Dollar cash rebate, or settle any delivery charges and/or extra charges arising from merchant delivery.
You cannot transfer, assign, sell, barter or pledge your reward credits to another person. Reward credit and HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for any other consideration.
Refund or exchange cannot be made for any unused balance of the HKTVmall e-Gift voucher.
AIA and Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited are not responsible for lost or stolen of the HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher code or HKTVmall e-Gift voucher.
In case of any disputes, Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

Get Started

Step 1: Achieve a New AIA Vitality Status

Engage with AIA Vitality continuously and earn enough points to reach a new AIA Vitality Status in your current membership year. When you do, you will receive status reward credits as well as the member benefit of your new status. You may also log in to AIA+ mobile app to check your status reward credit balance and redeem them within 3 months from the end of the month in which you earned. Please check your account balance regularly.

Step 2: Redeem status reward credits on AIA+ mobile app

Log in to AIA+ mobile app, click on "Rewards" tag > "Reward credits" tag > "Status Reward Credit" tag > select "HKTVmall HKD 50 e-Gift voucher" under "Reward credits". You will see the type of reward credits you can select.

The status reward credit will expire in 3 months starting from the end of the month in which the qualifying AIA Vitality status reward credits were earned or upon the termination of AIA Vitality membership. The HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher has the same expiry date as the status reward credit. No reminder will be sent to you. Please check your account balance regularly.

Note: Once you have chosen the HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers, no exchange is allowed.

Step 3: Redeem your HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers

You may redeem your HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers at HKTVmall's official website or mobile app (it cannot be used for in-store purchase at HKTVmall O2O shops):

You need a HKTVmall account to redeem the e-Gift Vouchers. If you do not have an existing account, please register for one, registration is complimentary.

On HKTVmall's Website

Log in to your HKTVmall account, click on "Account Profile" tag > "e-Gift Vouchers" tag > "Redeem e-Gift Voucher" tag > input the HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher code.

On HKTVmall's Mobile App

Log in to your HKTVmall account, click on "Account" tag > "e-Gift Vouchers" tag > "Redeem e-Gift Voucher" tag > input the HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher code.
Upon completion, the HKTVmall e-Gift vouchers will be reflected in your HKTVmall account and it cannot be transferred to other accounts.
At the point of purchase, you can select the number of HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers (up to 10 HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers per transaction) to be used before confirming the payment. The system will automatically deduct the amount from total payment.

Step 4: View your HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers status

You can view your HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers status under "e-Gift Vouchers" tag in the HKTVmall's official website or mobile app, which helps you keep track of available balance and the total amount you have spent on HKTVmall e-Gift Vouchers, as well as the expiry dates.
