AIA Vitality Health Check

The AIA Vitality Health Check is a basic check to help you identify the risk of developing a chronic condition.
You may visit our partner, Hong Kong Health Check (HKHC) to complete the AIA Vitality Health Check.

What you need to know

The AIA Vitality Health Check (VHC) measures:
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist circumference
  • Blood pressure
  • Total cholesterol level (Random rapid/ finger prick)
  • Blood glucose level (Random rapid/ finger prick)
At HKHC, the AIA Vitality Health Check costs HKD100.
You can have any of the above tests done at another healthcare provider and claim your AIA Vitality Points by submitting proof of your results.

Earn 750 AIA Vitality Points for each test in the AIA Vitality Health Check and Additional 1,250 Points for each result within the healthy range.

† A member can also earn points if their doctor has recommended the screen, even if they are under age.
Members may only earn AIA Vitality Points for BMI, Blood Pressure, Glucose and Cholesterol measurements and additional points for results that are within the healthy range, once each membership year. BMI and blood pressure measurements can be taken by AIA Vitality Express Health Check, AIA Vitality Health Check, AIA Vitality Nutrition Consultation, AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment, other designated health check packages offered by HKHC, or by your general practitioner but only the first eligible measurement submitted will be awarded for AIA Vitality Points.
To earn additional points for each result within the healthy range, you must sign the Hong Kong Health Check Consent for release of certain relevant test result(s), to transfer your data between AIA Vitality and HKHC. You will sign this at HKHC when you go for your Health Check. After receiving your health check results, AIA Vitality will automatically award you with points.
