AIA Vitality Nutrition Assessment
The AIA Vitality Nutrition Assessment comprises of the online assessment and a nutrition consultation with a participating Accredited Dietitian from Hong Kong Dietitians Association (HKDA) and it gives you a complete view of your dietary habits and tells which areas you're doing well and where you can improve.

2. Complete the AIA Vitality Nutrition Consultation with a participating Accredited Dietitian (AD) from Hong Kong Dietitians Association at a 30% discount
- You must complete the online assessment within 6 months to the nutrition consultation to qualify for the 30% discount.
- You can enjoy this discount twice in each membership year.
- The dietitian will go through your answers from the online assessment during the consultation and take your physical measurements** (BMI and/or waist circumference).
- The nutrition consultation fees may vary by different HKDA Accredited Dietitians depending on qualifications, experience and location.

You may complete the online assessment as many times as you want, but you will only earn points up to the limit of 2,500 points for both the online assessment and face-to-face consultation each membership year.
