Important information

If your payment to us is made via remittance / electronic fund transfer from your own account or a third party's account, and there is subsequently a refund, AIA reserves the right to arrange refund directly to bank account of remitter (as the case may be).
Your bank may charge you a fee for this.
We will send an official receipt to policyowner or AIA Vitality Member when we receive the payment.
Payment will be applied to policy premium, unless other payment purpose (e.g. Loan repayment/Levy) is specified in the remittance advice.
