Important information
- If your payment to us is made via remittance / electronic fund transfer from your own account or a third party's account, and there is subsequently a refund, AIA reserves the right to arrange refund directly to bank account of remitter (as the case may be).
- Your bank may charge you a fee for this.
- We will send an official receipt to policyowner or AIA Vitality Member when we receive the payment.
- Payment will be applied to policy premium, unless other payment purpose (e.g. Loan repayment/Levy) is specified in the remittance advice.
