AIA iDream Programme

AIA Premier Academy has established for over 14 years. We are committed to cultivating future elites by encouraging and supporting the next generation to achieve their career goals. Through "AIA iDream Programme", we assist university graduates in becoming future all-rounded financial planners.

The programme consists of a 2-day comprehensive training course and an internship opportunity with a Global 500 company. It includes networking skills, job-hunting tips and family financial planning fundamentals, aiming to inspire interns to become financial planning professionals and to get a head start in pursuing their future career paths and realising their dreams!

Interns who complete the course and fulfil job applications requirements will receive graduation certificates, and can join AIA as preparatory financial planners.

*This programme is driven by mentorship coaching. It offers interns the opportunity to interact with experienced insurance professionals and be inspired by their experiences and sharing. Each candidate will be assigned to a mentor for guidance and insights on agency work experience.
