The cut-off time for sending instruction to our customer service centres is 5:15 p.m. daily (except Saturday and Public Holidays).
To further improve our service, the cut-off time for submitting instruction via AIA e-Invest in AIA Connect is extended from 5:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (except Saturday and Public Holidays). If an instruction is submitted after 9:00 p.m., it will be treated as having been submitted on the succeeding business day (excluding Saturday).
