The cut-off time for sending instruction to our customer service centres is 5:15 p.m. daily (except Saturday
and Public Holidays).
To further improve our service, the cut-off time for submitting instruction via AIA+ is 9:00 p.m. (except
Saturday and Public Holidays). If an instruction is submitted after 9:00 p.m., it will be treated as having
been submitted on the succeeding business day (excluding Saturday)
If you plan to visit our Customer Service Centres in person to submit your application during special holidays, please check our office hours beforehand.
