If you are diagnosed with a carcinoma-in-situ and the Cumulative Severity Score is increased by the Severity Factor under Step 1 and the corresponding Extra Severity Score under Step 2, we will pay no less than 10% of Sum Assured as a guaranteed minimum amount under the Severe Condition Benefit. Please note such guaranteed minimum amount can only be exercised once per policy and is subject to a maximum of HKD/MOP400,000 / USD50,000 per life for claims of score 3 and 4.
