AIA Hong Kong once again shines at the “Hong Kong Insurance Awards 2021” organised by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers, winning nine accolades including two Grand Awards and seven top-three-finalist honours.

These accolades cover a wide range of key business areas, including the two Grand Awards: “Outstanding Customer Services Award” for the sixth year and “Outstanding MPF/Employees' Benefit Product/Service Award” for two consecutive years. Moreover, the Company receives seven top-three-finalist commendations: “Excellence in ESG and Sustainability Award”, “Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Award”, “Outstanding Integrated Marketing Strategies Award”, “Most Innovative Product/Service Award – Life Insurance (Health)”, “Outstanding Agent of the Year” (Ms. Cissy Wong, Senior District Director of CHAMP ACE District), “Outstanding Community Intermediary of the Year” (Ms. Karine Lam, District Director of I District), and “Outstanding Young Professional of the Year – Intermediary” (Mr. Matthew Lo, District Director of CHAMP UFAA District).

Organised by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers with co-organiser South China Morning Post, “Hong Kong Insurance Awards 2021” honours industry practitioners for their top-notch performance. For each of the 22 award categories, a grand winner was selected from the top three finalists. The professional panel of judges comprises notable and respected figures from across the business, academic and community sectors.
