Notice of Upgrade from AIA Connect to AIA+ Mobile AppWe're excited to introduce AIA+, our new mobile app that will replace AIA Connect. As we roll out these updates, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
(1) For iOS users (support iOS 14.0 or above): Starting from 26 Aug, all iOS users will receive an upgrade message from AIA Connect when it's time to update your app to AIA+. To ensure a smooth transition, we will notify users in batches, so please stay tuned.
(2) For Android (Google Play) users (support Android OS 10.0 or above): During 26 Aug and 12 Sep, some existing users will receive an upgrade message to update the app to AIA+. For the rest of all users, starting from 13 Sep, they will receive an upgrade message when it's time to update the app to AIA+. They can also go to Google Play to manually download or update the app.
(3) For Huawei users: Starting from mid-Oct, Huawei mobile users can search for and update to AIA+ via AppGallery.
(4) Other users: Starting from 26 Aug, AIA+ mobile app can be installed via downloading the APK file.

Highlights of the AIA+ Upgrade
We've enhanced the user experience in four major areas: introducing convenient mobile number registration and login, streamlining claims and payment processes, making it easier to access AIA Vitality and other health services, and launching diverse rewards programs. Be sure to check out these great new features!
Once you receive the app upgrade message, follow the 3 steps below to log in to the brand new AIA+
Open AIA Connect and tap Update Now.
Once you reach the update page, simply click to upgrade.
Login with biometric authentication or login ID and password.
Before updating to AIA+, you can continue using AIA Connect
One app, one Easy Login ID to access all your AIA accounts, from individual policy, group insurance, MPF/ORSO/Macau Pension to AIA Vitality.
To better protect your data and provide a secured environment, we are updating the system requirements for AIA Connect. Gradually from 18 Mar 2024, we will only support iOS 14.0 or above, macOS 11.0 or above, Android OS 8.0 or above, and HarmonyOS 2.0 or above versions. Please update your mobile phone to the latest available version to enjoy our app as usual.

To provide a unified and more secured login experience to our valued customers, all customer portal logins are now centralized via AIA Connect. Your current login ID and password are still valid. After login, you will land on AIA Connect Homepage, where you can still access to customer portals like Customer Corner, Employee Benefits, MPF / ORSO / Macau Pension and AIA Vitality via menu bar.
