All SMS messages we send to local subscribers of mobile services in Hong Kong will have a sender ID beginning with prefix "#". Please also stay alert to suspicious messages from other sources such as fake websites, mobile apps, emails, and phone calls. Under no circumstances should you click on suspicious links or disclose personal information to avoid potential losses. - AIA Hong Kong & Macau was alerted to two phishing emails — (m.mariem-dyportcloudmin.com@shared2.ccsend[.]com) and (karema-soultani-alamincommunication.com@shared2.ccsend[.]com）— on 26 February 2026, which falsely claimed to offer AIA policy refunds.We want to emphasise that the emails mentioned above are not owned, operated, or endorsed by AIA Hong Kong & Macau. We take this matter very seriously and have already reported it to the police and/or the relevant departments. We are actively coordinating with law enforcement and regulatory authorities for further investigation and reserve the right to take all legal action.
