Do I enjoy any tax benefits for contributions paid on behalf of my employees?
Under current legislation, employers participating in and contributing to a private pension registered with the Monetary Authority of Macau do enjoy tax benefits. However, you should seek professional advice to fully understand your tax circumstances.
When benefits are paid, we must verify the identity of the beneficiary and pay the appropriate person, as determined by the AIA International Limited Macau Branch. If the beneficiary is under 18, the benefits will be paid to their legal guardian.
Are contributions made by my employer fully vested to me?

Can I opt not to contribute?
